Pro-environmental behavior in sustainable tourism: the impact of using "Environmental feedback"

Numerous strategies have been used to promote sustainable tourism, such as building environmentally-friendly destination images or giving visitors gifts enhance their pro-environmental behaviors. There is an effective and cost-efficient way called "environmental feedback" that can urge people participate in green actions; however, it has not given enough attention the accommodation sectors. Using “environmental feedback” means providing information explain meaning of This research aims measure impact on tourist's choice accommodation. The hypotheses were verified using Randomized Controlled Trials method. In particular, respondents randomly segmented into two groups: treatment group (307 samples with hotels displaying feedback"); control (211 feedback"). findings confirm positive impacts guest’s selection hotels. addition, difference price between accommodations standard also influences choices.
